After more than 20 years in the maritime industry, Ray Head offers an exceptional depth and breadth of experience in project and team management. His previous roles include build engineer for a 45m private yacht (having the vessel commissioned in just 18 months), chief engineer of private and charter yachts, and project manager for marine fabrication, installation and repairs. In the course of his duties, Ray oversaw employees and outside contractors, assisted with day-to-day operations and performed hands-on maintenance and service to all aspects of a vessel from communications equipment to bilge systems.

Ray’s earlier positions involved voyages, as 2nd engineer and chief engineer, to such diverse destinations as Seattle, Mexico, New Zealand/Pitcairn Island and Mangareva.
